Issuance of training attestations to natural persons
Article 3
1. An attestation body as referred to in Article 4 shall issue a training attestation to natural persons who have completed a training course covering the minimum skills and knowledge set out in Annex I. 2. The training attestation shall contain at least the following: (a) the name of the attestation body, the full name of its holder and a registration number; (b) the type of training attestation as specified in Article 2(2) and the specification of the activities which the holder of that type of training attestation is entitled to perform as well as the type of equipment concerned; (c) the issuing date and issuer’s signature. 3. Member States may allow attestation bodies to exempt natural persons from the requirement of following a training course referred to in Article 3(1), where the natural person previously acquired skills and knowledge equivalent to those listed in Annex I.
