Attestation body
Article 4
1. Member States shall specify in national law or designate the authority or authorities competent to designate an attestation body authorised to issue a training attestation to natural persons who have completed a training course covering the minimum skills and knowledge set out in Annex I. The attestation body shall be independent and impartial in carrying out its activities. 2. Trainings shall be planned and structured in a manner which ensures that the minimum skills and knowledge set out in Annex I are covered. The attestation body shall provide the place of training that ensure safety of the applicants, notably when they conduct activities involving refrigerants which are flammable. 3. The attestation body shall establish and apply procedures for the issuance of training attestations and shall retain records that allow verifying the issuance of such attestations kept for a minimum period of 5 years.
