(3) Any person to whom an order under subsection (1) applies may be conducted across the fronticr or placed on board a suitable vessel by an immigration officer, police oflicer or oflicer of customs, and may be lawfully detained on board the vessel during the period that the vessel is within Malaysia or the territorial waters thereof.

Offences. 12. (1) Any person who-
(a) forges, alters or tampers With any passno Or internal travel document, or any visa or endorsement thereon, or without lawful authority uses attempts to use, or has in his possession, any passn or or internal travel document which has been SO forged, altered or tampered with; (h makes any false document intending to use the document as a passport 1or the purpose of this Act, or uses the document for that purpose;
(c) personates or falsely represents himself to be or not to be a person to whom a passport or internal travel document has been duly issued;

(b) membuat apa-apa dokumen palsu dengan tujuan hendak menggunakan dokumen itu sebagai suatu paspot bagi maksud Akta ini, atau menggunakan dokumen itu bagi maksud itu,
(c) menyamardiri atau mengemukakan diri dengan seorang yang palsu sebagai atau bukan sebagai kepadanya telah dikeluarkan suatu paspot atau dokumen perjalanan dalam negeri dengan sewajaTnya atau
(d) dengan niat hendak mendapatkan bagi dirinya dokumen perjalanan seseorang lain suatu paspot, atau visa dalam dalam negeri, atau suatu catitan membuat sesuatu paspot, dengan diketahuinya sesuatu pernyataan palsu atau mengemukakan sesuatu dokumen yang diketahuinya sebagai palsu tentang sesuatu butir; ada
(e) tanpa kuasa yang sah di sisi undang-undang, dokumen per dalam miliknya sesuatu paspot atau jalanan dalam negeri yang telah didapatkan sebagai hasil dari membuat sesuatu pernyataan matan yang
palsu atau mengelirukan, sebagai hasil dari atau mengemukakan keterangan palsu; memiliki sesuatu paspot f) membenarkan seseorang untuk kegunaannya seoran8 yang dikeluarkan diketahuinya bahawa sahaja, dengan tujuan atau oleh seseorang lain; paspot itu boleh digunakan ada kuasa yang sah di sisi undang-undang,
(g) tanpa sesuatu atau dokumen perpaspot dalam miliknya untuk dikeluarkan jalanan dalam yang negeri lain daripada ia sendiri kegunaan seseorang yang memasuki Malaysia seseorang
(h) bersengaja menolong Akta ini; berlawanan dengan melanggar Akta ini, i) bersengaja menolong seseorang
