An Act to authorize payments to be made by the Federation to the State of Selangor in respect of the establishment of the Federal Territory and to provide for other matters connected therewith. WHErEas by an Agreement dated the 1st February 1974 relating to the establishment of the Federal Terri- tory signed between the Federation and the State of Selangor it is provided that a financial arrangement be made between the Federation and the State of Selangor; Lo Versen tuedh flatiod and icnsat at ben gred Negara and Dewan Rakyat in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows: 1. This Act may be cited as the Federal Territory Short title. (Financial Arrangement) Act 1982. Federal Territory.
