This Act may be cited as the Finance (No. 2) Act Short title 1985 and shall have effect or be deemed to have effect aencement. as provided in this Act.

Ihe Income Iax Act 1967, the Supplementary Amend- Income Tax Act 196%, the Real Property Gains lax Acts. Act 1976, the Share (Land Based Company) Transter Act 53, Tax Act 1984 and the Petroleum (Income Tax) Act 1967 Act 169, are amended respectively in the manner specified in Act 310, Chapters II, III, IV, V and VI respectively. 45/67.
