(2) The Director General shall have all the powers of an authorised officer under this Act. (2) The officers and servants of the Lembaga shall be responsible to the Director General. (3) The officers and servants of the Lembaga shall hold office for such period or periods, receive such salaries anc allowances and 'be subject to such conditions of service as may be determined by the Lembaga with the approval of the Minister.
