An Act to validate the collection of fees and payments in respect of any entrance to any exhibition held at the National Planetarium during the period from 8 February 1994 to 15 November 1997.

(1) Notwithstanding the provisions of the Fees Act 1951 [Act 209], the fees and payments which were charged and collected by the Space Science Studies Division, Ministry of Science, Technology and the Environment, Malaysia in respect of any entrance to any exhibition held at the National Planetarium during the period from 8 February 1994 to 15 November 1997, that is, the day before the date of coming into force of the Fees (National Planetarium) Order 1997 [P.U. (A) 461/1997], shall be deemed to have been validly charged and collected.
(2) No action or legal proceeding shall be brought, instituted or maintained against the Government of Malaysia or any officer of the Government of Malaysia or any person acting under them or any of them in respect of any fees and payments which were charged and collected and if any such action or legal proceeding

has been brought, instituted or maintained, it shall be discharged and made void and no refund in respect of the fees and payments charged and collected as stated in this Act shall be made.
