International obligations

s 40

This Act shall be applied in conformity with the obligations of Malaysia under the Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization, done at Marrakesh, on 15 April 1994, including the GATT 1994, and the Agreement on Safeguards.

Regulations

s 41

The Minister may make such regulations in respect of any matter to be prescribed and such other regulations as are necessary or expedient to give full effect to or for carrying out the provisions of this Act.

Publication of notices

s 42

All notices required to be published under this Act shall be published in the Gazette. laws of malaysia safeguards act 2006
