Functions and powers of Administrator

Open ↗(1) The Administrator shall have the following functions: (a) to formulate policy or issue guidelines relating to the prevention or awareness of sexual harassment; (b) to promote any activity including to request any person to display any notice at any place relating to the prevention or awareness of sexual harassment; (c) to administer any matter relating to the prevention or awareness of sexual harassment; and (d) to carry out any other functions for the betterment and proper implementation of this Act. (2) The Administrator shall have all such powers as may be necessary for, or in connection with, or incidental to, the performance of its functions under this Act.
