(1) This Act may be cited as the Declaration of an Area in the Bintulu District to be a Federal Port (Repeal) Act 2024.
(2) This Act comes into operation on a date to be appointed by the Minister by notification in the Gazette.

(1) The Declaration of an Area in the Bintulu District to be a Federal Port Act 1979 [Act 217] is repealed.
(2) Any orders made under the repealed Act shall, on the date of coming into operation of this Act, cease to have effect.
