Trust Companies Act 1949 s 34
Subject to this Act, the liability of every trust company to the person interested in any estate held by the company as executor, administrator, trustee, receiver, liquidator, assignee, guardian, or committee, or in any other official or business capacity shall be the same as if the estate had been held by a private person in the like capacity and the powers of the company shall be the same as those of a private person in the like capacity.
Liabiliti dan kuasa syarikat
Tertakluk kepada Akta ini, liabiliti setiap syarikat amanah kepada orang yang berkepentingan dalam apa-apa estet atau harta pusaka yang dipegang oleh syarikat itu sebagai wasi, pentadbir, pemegang amanah, penerima pelikuidasi, pemegang serah hak, penjaga, atau jawatankuasa, atau atas apa-apa sifat rasmi atau urusan lain adalah sama seolah-olah estet atau harta pusaka itu dipegang oleh orang persendirian atas sifat demikian itu dan kuasa syarikat itu adalah sama seperti kuasa orang persendirian atas sifat demikian itu.
