All money and securities which shall remain in the hands of a trust company, as trustee, unclaimed by the person entitled to the same for a period of six years after the time when the same shall have become payable to that person (except where payment has been restrained by order of a court), together with such interest, if any, as shall have been received by the company in respect thereof, less any commission or other charges properly chargeable by the company, shall be paid by the company into Court and shall be dealt with according to the orders of the Court: Provided that it shall not be necessary for the company to comply with this section more often than once in any year, nor shall it be necessary for the company to obtain the concurrence or consent of any person to the payment into Court.

Wang yang tidak dituntut hendaklah dibayar ke dalam Mahkamah
Segala wang dan sekuriti yang masih ada dalam tangan suatu syarikat amanah, sebagai pemegang amanah, yang tidak dituntut oleh orang yang berhak kepadanya selama tempoh enam tahun selepas masa yang wang dan sekuriti itu menjadi kena dibayar kepada orang itu (kecuali jika pembayaran telah dihalang oleh perintah suatu mahkamah), bersama dengan apa-apa bunga, jika
ada, yang telah diterima oleh syarikat itu berkenaan dengannya, dengan ditolak apa-apa komisen atau caj lain yang boleh dikenakan dengan sepatutnya oleh syarikat itu, hendaklah dibayar oleh syarikat itu ke dalam Mahkamah dan hendaklah diperlakukan mengikut perintah Mahkamah itu:
Dengan syarat bahawa tidak perlu bagi syarikat itu untuk mematuhi seksyen ini lebih kerap daripada sekali dalam mana-mana tahun, dan juga tidak perlu bagi syarikat itu mendapatkan persetujuan atau keizinan mana-mana orang terhadap pembayaran ke dalam Mahkamah itu.
