Trust Companies Act 1949 s 37
(1) There shall be paid to the Registrar in respect of the matters mentioned in the Schedule the several fees specified therein. (2) All such fees shall be paid by the Registrar to the Accountant General. (3) The Minister may, from time to time, by notification in the Gazette, add to, alter or amend the Schedule.

(1) Fi yang masing-masingnya ditetapkan dalamnya hendaklah dibayar kepada Pendaftar berkenaan dengan perkara yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual. (2) Semua fi itu hendaklah dibayar oleh Pendaftar kepada Akauntan Negara. (3) Menteri boleh, dari semasa ke semasa, melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, menambah, mengubah atau meminda Jadual itu.
