s 14 Power to borrow

The Lembaga may, with the approval of the Minister and the Minister of Finance, borrow any sums required by the Lembaga for the purpose of this Act and on such terms and conditions and for such period as the Minister of Finance may approve.

Lembaga boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri dan Menteri Kewangan, meminjam apa-apa jumlah wang yang dikehendaki oleh Lembaga bagi maksud Akta ini dan mengikut apa-apa terma dan syarat dan bagi apa-apa tempoh yang diluluskan oleh Menteri Kewangan.
