Tabung Angkatan Tentera Act 1973 s 7
(1) The Minister may give to the Lembaga such directions of a general character not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act as relates to the exercise and performance of its functions and the Lembaga shall give effect to all such directions. (2) The Lembaga shall furnish the Minister with such returns, accounts and other information with respect to the property and activities of the Lembaga as he may from time to time require.
Kuasa Menteri berhubung dengan Lembaga
(1) Menteri boleh memberi Lembaga apa-apa arahan secara am yang tidak bertentangan dengan peruntukan Akta ini berhubung dengan penjalanan dan pelaksanaan fungsi Lembaga dan Lembaga hendaklah melaksanakan semua arahan itu. (2) Lembaga hendaklah mengemukakan kepada Menteri apa-apa penyata, akaun dan maklumat lain berkenaan dengan harta dan aktiviti Lembaga sebagaimana yang dikehendaki dari semasa ke semasa oleh Menteri.
