s 16 Bar in other cases of specific performance of part of contract
The court shall not direct the specific performance of a part of a contract except in cases coming under one or other of the three last preceding sections.

Halangan dalam kes lain akan pelaksanaan spesifik bagi sebahagian daripada kontrak
Mahkamah tidak boleh mengarahkan pelaksanaan spesifik bagi sebahagian daripada sesuatu kontrak kecuali dalam kes yang termasuk di bawah satu atau selain daripada tiga seksyen terakhir yang terdahulu.
