s 32 Principles of rectification
In rectifying a written instrument, the court may enquire what the instrument was intended to mean, and what were intended to be its legal consequences, and is not confined to the enquiry what the language of the instrument was intended to be.

Prinsip pembetulan
Dalam membetulkan sesuatu surat cara bertulis, mahkamah boleh menyiasat apa yang ingin dimaksudkan oleh surat cara itu dan apa yang diinginkan sebagai akibat undang-undangnya, dan tidak terhad kepada siasatan tentang bahasa apa yang ingin dimaksudkan oleh surat cara itu.
