s 16 Removal from Register
There shall be removed from the Register the name and other particulars of—
(a) any registered Engineer who has died, or Engineering consultancy practice which has ceased to practise;
(b) any registered Engineer, other than a Graduate Engineer, or Engineering consultancy practice who has failed to renew his or its registration within one month of the expiry of the registration;
(c) any registered Engineer whose registration has been cancelled under paragraph 15(1 A )(d) or Engineering consultancy practice whose registration has been cancelled under subsection 7B(3) or paragraph 7A(5)(dd); or
(d) any registered Engineer or Engineering consultancy practice whose registration has been effected by reason of any mistake or error made by the Board in considering his or its application for registration.

Maka hendaklah disingkirkan daripada Daftar nama dan butir-butir lain mana-mana Jurutera berdaftar—
(a) yang telah meninggal dunia;
(b) yang telah tidak membaharui pendaftarannya dalam masa satu bulan dari tamat tempohnya;
(c) yang pendaftarannya telah dibatalkan di bawah seksyen 15.
