s 18 Certificates to be returned

Any registered Engineer or Engineering consultancy practice whose name is removed from the Register shall within fourteen days after notification to him or it by registered post of the removal, surrender to the Board the certificate of registration issued to him or it under this Act.

Mana-mana orang yang namanya disingkirkan Perakuan daripada Daftar hendaklah dalam masa empat belas hari hendaklah selepas dia diberitahu melalui pos berdaftar tentang penyingkiran itu, menyerahkan balik kepada Lembaga perakuan pendaftaran yang dikeluarkan kepadanya di bawah Akta ini.
