s 20 Appeal Board

For the purpose of this Part there shall be established an Appeal Board consisting of a Judge of the High Court as Chairman who shall be appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong (after consultation with the Chief Justice) and two other persons appointed by the Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

Bagi maksud Bahagian ini maka hendaklah ditubuhkan suatu Lembaga Rayuan yang terdiri daripada seorang Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi sebagai Pengerusi yang hendaklah dilantik oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong (selepas berunding dengan Ketua Hakim Negara) dan dua orang lain yang dilantik oleh Yang di-Pertuan Agong.
