s 21 Tenure of office of members of the Appeal Board

A member of the Appeal Board shall unless he sooner resigns his office or his appointment is revoked hold office for such term as may be specified in the instrument appointing him and shall be eligible for reappointment.

Seseorang anggota Lembaga Rayuan hendaklah melainkan jika dia meletakkan jawatannya terlebih dahulu atau pelantikannya dibatalkan, memegang jawatan selama apa-apa tenpoh yang dinyatakan dalam suratcara pelantikannya itu dan adalah layak untuk dilantik semula.
