(1) The Minister may from time to time give general directions not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act to the Board regarding the policy to be pursued by the Bank and any such direction shall become binding on
the Board, which shall forthwith take all steps necessary or expedient to give effect thereto.
(2) The Bank shall furnish the Minister with such information with respect to its financial position and activities as the Minister may from time to time require.

Arahan oleh Menteri
(1) Menteri boleh dari semasa ke semasa memberikan arahan am yang selaras dengan peruntukan Akta ini kepada Lembaga berkenaan dengan dasar yang hendak diikuti oleh Bank dan Lembaga hendaklah terikat dengan sesuatu arahan itu dan Lembaga hendaklah segera mengambil segala langkah yang perlu atau suai manfaat bagi melaksanakannya.
(2) Bank hendaklah memberi Menteri apa-apa maklumat berkenaan dengan kedudukan kewangan dan aktivitinya sebagaimana yang dikehendaki oleh Menteri dari semasa ke semasa.
