(1) The Chairman shall summon Board meetings as often as required but not less frequently than once a month.
(2) The Chairman, or in his absence, the Deputy Chairman, shall preside at every meeting of the Board. In the absence of both the Chairman and the Deputy Chairman, members of the Board shall elect a person from among themselves to act as Chairman.
(3) Any three members may requisition a meeting of the Board.
(4) Four members of the Board present at a meeting of the Board shall form a quorum.
(5) All decisions at a meeting of the Board shall be by a simple majority of the votes of the directors present and voting:
Provided that if upon any question the votes are equally divided, the Chairman or the person presiding shall have a casting vote.

Mesyuarat Lembaga
(1) Pengerusi hendaklah memanggil mesyuarat Lembaga seberapa kerap yang dikehendaki tetapi tidak kurang kerapnya daripada sekali sebulan.
(2) Pengerusi, atau jika dia tidak hadir, Timbalan Pengerusi, hendaklah mempengerusikan tiap-tiap mesyuarat Lembaga. Jika kedua-dua Pengerusi dan Timbalan Pengerusi tidak hadir, ahli Lembaga hendaklah memilih seorang daripada mereka untuk bertindak sebagai Pengerusi.
(3) Mana-mana tiga orang ahli boleh meminta diadakan sesuatu mesyuarat Lembaga.
(4) Empat orang ahli Lembaga yang hadir pada sesuatu mesyuarat Lembaga mencukupkan kuorum.
(5) Segala keputusan dalam sesuatu mesyuarat Lembaga hendaklah mengikut undi lebih suara pengarah yang hadir dan yang mengundi:
Dengan syarat bahawa jika atas sesuatu soal bilangan undi didapati sama banyaknya, Pengerusi atau orang yang mempengerusikan mesyuarat itu berhak memberikan suatu undi pemutus.
