Bank Simpanan Nasional Act 1974 s 14
(1) The Bank may appoint such officers and employees as it may consider necessary for the efficient conduct of the business of the Bank. (2) Officers and employees of the Bank shall hold office for such period, receive such salaries and allowances and be subject to such terms and conditions of service as may be determined by the Board and approved by the Minister.
Pegawai dan pekerja
(1) Bank boleh melantik pegawai dan pekerja yang difikirkannya perlu bagi penjalanan cekap urusan Bank. (2) Pegawai dan pekerja Bank hendaklah memegang jawatan selama suatu tempoh, menerima gaji dan elaun dan tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat perkhidmatan yang ditentukan oleh Lembaga dan diluluskan oleh Menteri.
