Bank Simpanan Nasional Act 1974 s 26

s 26 Financial year

The financial year of the Bank shall begin on the first day of January and end on the thirty first day of December of each year: Provided that if this Act comes into force on a date other than the first day of January, then the first financial year shall be as the Minister may decide on the recommendation of the Board.

Tahun kewangan

Tahun kewangan Bank hendaklah bermula pada satu hari bulan Januari dan berakhir pada tiga puluh satu hari bulan Disember tiap-tiap satu tahun: Dengan syarat bahawa jika Akta ini mula berkuat kuasa pada suatu tarikh selain satu hari bulan Januari, tahun kewangan pertama ialah sebagaimana yang diputuskan oleh Menteri atas syor Lembaga.
