s 34 The Bank deemed a Malay or native
For the purpose of any written law relating to land reserved for alienation to Malays or to natives of the State in which it lies, the Bank shall be deemed to be a Malay or a native, as the case may be.

Bank disifatkan sebagai orang Melayu atau bumiputera
Bagi maksud sesuatu undang-undang bertulis yang berhubungan dengan tanah yang dirizabkan untuk diberi hakmilik kepada orang Melayu atau kepada bumiputera Negeri yang didalamnya tanah itu terletak, Bank hendaklah disifatkan sebagai seorang Melayu atau seorang bumiputera, mengikut mana-mana yang berkenaan.
