s 42 Transfer of funds
All funds of or due to the Post Office Savings Bank shall, on the appointed date, be transferred or become due to the Bank.

Semua wang Bank Simpanan Pejabat Pos atau yang kena dibayar kepadanya hendaklah pada tarikh yang ditetapkan, dipindahkan hak milik kepada Bank atau kena dibayar kepadanya.
