s 41 Purposes and duration of this Part
(1) It is hereby declared that this Part is enacted for national purposes. (2) This Part shall remain in force for a period of five years from the date of coming into force of this Part.

(1) Diisytiharkan bahawa Bahagian ini diperbuat bagi maksud negara. (2) Bahagian ini hendaklah terus berkuat kuasa selama tempoh lima tahun dari tarikh Bahagian ini mula berkuat kuasa.
