Industrial Co-ordination Act 1975 s 16
Every licence which has been issued by the Minister under section 4 before the coming into operation of the Industrial Coordination (Amendment) Act 1977 [Act A401] shall on the coming into operation of that amendment be deemed to be a licence issued by the licensing officer under this Act and subject to the terms and conditions attached to such licence.
Kecualian bagi lesen yang sedia ada
Tiap-tiap lesen yang telah dikeluarkan oleh Menteri di bawah seksyen 4 sebelum permulaan kuat kuasa Akta Penyelarasan Perindustrian (Pindaan) 1977 [Akta A401] hendaklah, apabila pindaan itu mula berkuat kuasa, disifatkan sebagai suatu lesen yang dikeluarkan oleh pegawai pelesenan di bawah Akta ini dan tertakluk kepada terma dan syarat yang dikenakan pada lesen itu.
