Chemists Act 1975 s 26
If a firm commits an act that, in the case of a natural person, would be an offence under any provision of this Act, every member of that firm shall be deemed to have committed the offence unless he proves that he was unaware of the commission of the act.
Kesalahan oleh firma
Jika sesuatu firma melakukan sesuatu perbuatan yang, jika dilakukan oleh orang sebenar, akan menjadi suatu kesalahan di bawah mana-mana peruntukan Akta ini, tiap-tiap anggota firma itu hendaklah disifatkan sebagai telah melakukan kesalahan itu melainkan jika anggota itu membuktikan bahawa dia tidak tahu mengenai pelakuan kesalahan itu.
