s 23 Conduct of prosecutions and other proceedings
Any senior officer may conduct prosecutions in respect of all offences against this Act and appear in all other proceedings under this Act.

Mana-mana pegawai kanan boleh menjalankan pendakwaan berkenaan dengan semua kesalahan terhadap Akta ini dan menghadiri semua pembicaraan lain di bawah Akta ini.
