s 24 When provisions relating to criminal procedure and evidence to apply
Where otherwise not expressly provided for, the provisions of written law relating to criminal procedure and evidence shall be applicable in all proceedings under this Act.

Jika selainnya tidak diperuntukkan dengan nyata, peruntukan dalam undang-undang bertulis berhubungan dengan acara jenayah dan keterangan hendaklah dipakai dalam semua pembicaraan di bawah Akta ini.
