Law Reform (Eradication of Illicit Samsu) Act 1976 s 25
(1) The Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint for a specified period of time a committee consisting of a chairman and such number of members as he considers necessary to advise him with regard to the carrying out of the provisions of this Act. (2) The committee appointed under subsection (1) shall be styled the “Law Reform (Eradication of Illicit Samsu) Advisory Committee”, hereinafter referred to as “the Advisory Committee”.
Pelantikan Jawatankuasa Penasihat
(1) Menteri boleh, melalui pemberitahuan dalam Warta, melantik selama sesuatu had tempoh yang ditentukan suatu jawatankuasa yang terdiri daripada seorang pengerusi dan beberapa orang ahli yang difikirkannya perlu untuk menasihatkannya berkenaan dengan menjalankan peruntukan Akta ini. (2) Jawatankuasa yang dilantik di bawah subseksyen (1) hendaklah dinamakan “Jawatankuasa Penasihat Membaharui Undang-Undang (Penghapusan Samsu Gelap)”, kemudian daripada ini disebut “Jawatankuasa Penasihat”.
