s 9 Meetings of Board and quorum

(1) The Board shall meet at such times and such places as the Chairman may appoint. (2) The Board shall have power to fix a quorum for its meetings. (3) Each member of the Board shall have one vote and the Chairman of the meeting shall have a casting vote. Qualified Persons
