Local Government Act 1976 s 124

Sections 85–93 were repealed by later amendments.

s 124 Public Authorities Protection Act 1948

The Public Authorities Protection Act 1948 [Act 198], shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceeding against any local authority or against any Councillor, officer, employee, servant or agent of any local authority in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed.

Akta Perlindungan Pihak Berkuasa Awam 1948 [Akta 198] hendaklah terpakai bagi apa-apa tindakan, guaman, pendakwaan atau prosiding terhadap mana-mana pihak berkuasa tempatan atau terhadap mana-mana Anggota Majlis, pegawai, pekerja atau ejen mana-mana pihak berkuasa tempatan mengenai apa-apa perbuatan, kecuaian atau kemungkiran yang dibuat atau dilakukan.
