s 29 Standing orders for regulating proceedings of local authorities

Every local authority may, subject to the provisions of this Act, from time to time make standing orders for regulating its proceedings and those of any Committee thereof, for preserving order at its meetings or at the meetings of any Committee thereof and for regulating the duties of Councillors and the transaction of its affairs.

Perintah tetap untuk mengawal selia perjalanan pihak berkuasa tempatan

Tertakluk kepada peruntukan Akta ini, tiap-tiap pihak berkuasa tempatan boleh dari semasa ke semasa membuat perintah tetap untuk mengawal selia perjalanannya dan perjalanan mana-mana Jawatankuasanya, bagi mengekalkan ketenteraman dalam mesyuaratmesyuaratnya atau dalam mesyuarat mana-mana Jawatankuasanya dan bagi mengatur kewajipan Anggota Majlis dan penjalanan hal ehwal pihak berkuasa tempatan itu.
