No person shall commence, undertake, or carry out any development otherwise than in conformity with the planning permission granted to him under section 22 in respect of the development or with the conditions of the planning permission.
Larangan terhadap pemajuan yang berlawanan dengan kebenaran merancang
Tiada seorang pun boleh memulakan, mengusahakan, atau menjalankan apa-apa pemajuan selain menurut kebenaran merancang yang diberikan kepadanya di bawah seksyen 22 berkenaan dengan pemajuan itu atau syarat-syarat kebenaran merancang itu.
