(1) If any requirement of any notice served under any of the provisions of sections 27, 28, 29 and 30, other than a requirement to discontinue any development or activity, is not complied with within the period specified in the notice or within any further period that may have been allowed by the respective local planning authority, an authorized person may, with or without workmen, enter upon the land to which the notice relates and take such steps as may be necessary to execute the notice, including the demolishing or altering of any building or works and the removal of any goods, vehicles, or things from any building or from the land.
(2) The local planning authority may request the officer in charge of the police district in which the area of the local planning authority is situated to provide police officers to render assistance to an authorized person in taking any action by virtue of subsection (1) and it shall be the duty of the officer in charge of the police district to comply with the request and of the police officers provided in compliance therewith to render such assistance.
(3) The local planning authority may recover the expenses and costs incurred in executing a notice under subsection (1) from the owner of the land to which the notice relates in the manner in which rates are recovered under any written law relating to local government.

Pelaksanaan oleh orang diberi kuasa
(1) Jika apa-apa kehendak apa-apa notis yang disampaikan di bawah mana-mana peruntukan seksyen 27, 28, 29 dan 30, selain suatu kehendak supaya dihentikan apa-apa pemajuan atau aktiviti, tidak dipatuhi dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam notis itu atau dalam tempoh lanjutan yang mungkin telah dibenarkan oleh pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan masing-masing, seseorang yang diberi kuasa boleh, dengan atau tanpa pekerja, memasuki tanah yang berhubungan dengan notis itu dan mengambil sesuatu langkah yang perlu untuk melaksanakan notis itu, termasuk meroboh atau mengubah mana-mana bangunan atau kerja dan memindahkan apaapa barang, kenderaan, atau benda dari mana-mana bangunan atau tanah itu.
(2) Pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan boleh meminta ketua polis daerah di kawasan pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan itu terletak menyediakan pegawai polis untuk memberi bantuan kepada orang diberi kuasa dalam mengambil apa-apa tindakan menurut kuasa subseksyen (1) dan menjadi kewajipan ketua polis daerah itu mematuhi permintaan itu dan kewajipan pegawai polis yang disediakan bagi mematuhi permintaan itu memberi bantuan.
(3) Pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan boleh menuntut perbelanjaan dan kos yang dilakukannya dalam melaksanakan suatu notis di bawah subseksyen (1) dari pemunya tanah yang berhubungan dengan notis itu dengan cara seperti mana kadar yang dituntut di bawah mana-mana undang-undang bertulis yang berhubungan dengan kerajaan tempatan.
