Town and Country Planning Act 1976 s 53

s 53 Public servants

Every member and agent of the local planning authority, every authorized person, and every assistant or workman accompanying or assisting an authorized person in the performance of his functions under this Act shall be deemed to be public servants for the purposes of the Penal Code.

Pekhidmat awam

Tiap-tiap ahli dan ejen pihak berkuasa perancang tempatan, tiaptiap orang diberi kuasa, dan tiap-tiap penolong atau pekerja yang menyertai atau menolong seseorang orang diberi kuasa menjalankan fungsinya di bawah Akta ini hendaklah disifatkan sebagai pekhidmat awam bagi maksud Kanun Keseksaan.
