The Universiti shall, subject to the provisions of this Act, have power to do anything, and to enter into any transaction, which in its opinion is calculated to facilitate the proper discharge of its duties or the performance of its functions or the exercise of its powers under this Act or is incidental or conducive thereto.
Kuasa am untuk menjalankan urusan
Tertakluk pada peruntukan Akta ini, Universiti hendaklah mempunyai kuasa untuk melakukan apa-apa jua perkara, dan untuk membuat apa-apa transaksi, yang pada pendapatnya dikira untuk memudahkan penunaian kewajipannya dengan sewajarnya atau pelaksanaan fungsinya atau penjalanan kuasanya di bawah Akta ini atau bersampingan dengan atau berfaedah bagi hal yang demikian itu.
