s 11 Power to employ agents

The Universiti may employ and pay agents and technical advisers, including advocates and solicitors or other persons, to transact its business or to do any act required to be transacted or done in the execution of its duties or for the better carrying into effect the purposes of this Act.

Kuasa untuk mengguna khidmat ejen

Universiti boleh mengguna khidmat dan membayar ejen dan penasihat teknik, termasuk peguam bela dan peguam cara dan orang lain, untuk menjalankan urusannya atau melakukan apa-apa perbuatan yang dikehendaki untuk dijalankan atau dilakukan dalam melaksanakan kewajipannya atau bagi menjalankan maksud Akta ini dengan lebih baik.
