(1) The Board shall be the executive body of the Universiti and may exercise all the powers conferred on the Universiti, save as otherwise provided by this Act or by any rules or other subsidiary legislation made thereunder. (2) The functions of the Board shall include the carrying on of all such activities and the doing of all such things as are necessary or advantageous and proper for the government, control and administration of the Universiti.
Kuasa dan fungsi Lembaga
(1) Lembaga hendaklah menjadi badan eksekutif Universiti dan boleh menjalankan semua kuasa yang diberikan kepada Universiti, kecuali sebagaimana yang diperuntukkan selainnya oleh Akta ini atau oleh mana-mana kaedah-kaedah atau perundangan subsidiari lain yang dibuat di bawah Akta ini. (2) Fungsi Lembaga hendaklah termasuk menjalankan segala aktiviti dan melakukan segala perkara yang perlu atau berfaedah dan patut bagi mengelolakan, mengawal dan mentadbirkan Universiti.
