s 23C Jawatankuasa Perwakilan Pelajar

(1) Universiti hendaklah mempunyai suatu Jawatankuasa Perwakilan Pelajar (“JPP”). CATATAN—Seksyen 23c yang telah dimasukkan melalui seksyen 30 Akta Institut Teknologi MARA (Pindaan) 1996 [Akta A964] masih belum berkuat kuasa—lihat P.U. (B) 461/1996 (2) Peruntukan Jadual Ketiga hendaklah terpakai bagi JPP.
