No member of the Tribunal nor any other person shall, - without the written permission of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong, publish or disclose to any unauthorised person or otherwise than in the course of duty the contents of any document, communication or information whatsoever which has come to his knowledge in the course of his duty as such member-in-respect of any matter relating to the exercise by the Tribunal of any of its functions.» 20: (1): Where any offence has been committed ünder this ACl, -Whether of not any- person has been convicted in respect thereof, and such offence has-been committed-or purports to-have been committed in-the name or on behalf of any-trade union or an association of public olficers not being a trade union, every office-bearer of such trade union or_such association managing-or-assisting in the-management of such trade union or suchassociation at the time of the commission of such offence shall be liable to the punishment prescribed in subsection (3),_unless he establishes to the satisfaction-of the court that the offence was committed without his knowledge and that he had exercised all due diligence to prevent the commission of the offence. (2) Any office-bearer of-a-trade ünion or an-association of public officers not being a trade union managing or assisting in the management of such trade union or such association as referred to in subsection (1)-shall be liable to be prosecuted ünder this section, notwithstanding that he may not have taken part-in the commission-of the offence. (3) Any office-bearer of a trade union or an association of public officers not being a trade union managing or assisting in the management of such trade union or such association as reterred to in subsection (1) shall, on conviction, be lable to a tine of five thousand dollars-or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years-or to both stich fine and imprisonment.
