s 23

(1) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may make rules and Rules. regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, for carrying out the purpose of this Act :(2) The Yang di-Pertuan Agong may add-to, delete from; or otherwise amend or-vary the Schedule in any manner he deems fit.

(1) Yang di-Pertuan Agong boleh membuat kaedahkaedah dan peraturan-peraturan yang tidak berlawanan dengan peruntukan-peruntukan Akta ini untuk menjalankan maksud Akta ini. (2) Yang di-Pertuan Agong boleh menambah kepada, memotong daripada, atau secara lain, meminda atau mengubah Jadual dengan apa-apa cara yang difikirkannya patut.
