In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires— “Bank” means the Islamic Development Bank; “Government” means the Government of the Federation; “Minister” means the Minister of Finance.

Dalam Akta ini, melainkan jika kandungan ayatnya Tafsiran, menghendaki makna yang lain- "Bank" ertinya Bank Pembangunan Islam; "Kerajaan". ertinya Kerajaan Persekutuan; "Menteri" ertinya Menteri Kewangan.
