The Minister of Finance, on the recommendation of the Bank, may from time to time by order published in the Gazette vary, delete from, add to, substitute for, or otherwise amend, Schedule A or Schedule B, and the Schedule as so varied, deleted from, added to, substituted for, or otherwise amended, shall come into full force and effect and shall be deemed to be an integral part of this Act as from the date of such publication, or from such earlier or later date as may be specified in the order.

Kuasa Menteri untuk meminda Jadual A atau B
Menteri Kewangan, atas syor Bank, boleh dari semasa ke semasa melalui perintah yang disiarkan dalarn Warta mengubah, memotong daripada, menambah kepada, menggantikan, atau selainnya meminda, Jadual A atau B, dan Jadual sebagaimana diubah, dipotong daripada, ditambah kepada, digantikan, atau selainnya dipinda, hendaklah mula berkuat kuasa dan berkesan penuh dan hendaklah disifatkan menjadi satu bahagian integral Akta ini mulai dari tarikh penyiaran sedemikian, atau dari suatu tarikh yang lebih awal atau terkemudian sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dalam perintah itu.
