s 7 Where oath required affirmation may be made
Where any person is required by this Act or any other written law to take an oath the requirement shall be deemed to be complied with if an affirmation is made.

Jika sumpah dikehendaki ikrar boleh dibuat
Jika mana-mana orang dikehendaki oleh Akta ini atau oleh mana-mana undang-undang bertulis lain supaya mengangkat sumpah, maka keperluan itu hendaklah disifatkan telah dipatuhi jika suatu ikrar dibuat.
