Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad (Special Provisions) Act 1978 s 13
No action, suit, prosecution, or other proceeding whatsoever shall lie or be brought or instituted against the Minister, the Minister of Finance, the Government, or any director in respect of any act done or purported to have been done in pursuance or intended pursuance of this Act, the *Ordinance, the rules made thereunder, or the by-laws of the Bank.
Perlindungan berkenaan dengan perbuatan yang dilakukan menurut Akta ini
Tiada apa-apa tindakan, guaman, pendakwaan, atau apa-apa jua pun prosiding lain boleh diambil atau dibawa atau dimulakan terhadap Menteri, Menteri Kewangan, Kerajaan, atau mana-mana pengarah berkenaan dengan apa-apa perbuatan yang dilakukan atau yang berupa sebagai dilakukan menurut atau bertujuan menurut Akta ini, *Akta Koperasi 1993, kaedah-kaedah yang dibuat di bawahnya, atau undang-undang kecil Bank. * CATATAN- Akta Koperasi 1993 [Akta 502] telah memansuhkan Akta Koperasi 1948 [Akta 287] - lihat perenggan 95(1)(a) Akta 502.
