Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad (Special Provisions) Act 1978 s 28
The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act or the *Ordinance, for the better carrying out of the objects and purposes of this Act. *NOTE—The Cooperative Societies Ordinance 1948 has since been revised as the Cooperative Societies Act 1948 [Act 287] and later repealed by the Cooperative Societies Act 1993 [Act 502]– see paragraph 95(1)(a) of Act 502.
Peraturan-peraturan
Lembaga boleh, dengan kelulusan Menteri, membuat peraturan-peraturan yang selaras dengan Akta ini atau *Akta Koperasi 1993, bagi menjalankan tujuan dan maksud Akta ini dengan lebih baik.
